Neuromorphic Computing

In this Focussed Course there will be discussed, also through illustrative examples, principles and recent developments of the ‘neuromorphic’ approach to the development of information processing devices directly inspired to the working of neurons, synapses and networks thereof.

Research interests: statistical mechanics of neural networks; dynamics of neural populations; learning dynamics in neuronal networks; microelectronic neural networks; analysis of in-vivo and in-vitro electrophysiology data; model inference from neural recordings.
