Bringing ML projects in businesses

Traditional businesses today are struggling with the adoption of ML technology. The applications are endless and the technical requirements are not the bottleneck anymore, so what is the challenge? Turns out that most organisations are not designed to handle the iterative process that is required to bring a ML project to life. In this course we’ll follow what is the best way to bring ML into a company from a project management point of view, covering how to structure it, communicate the results to the company’s management and deliver value at each stage of the process.
